Did you see what I just did there? I made a valid excuse for mini donuts:
Making them is a creative act. It’s true.
While I love Reiki, energy work, and crystals, nothing beats creative kitchen time. Nothing.
And guess what I’ve found? The more time I spend doing Reiki, the more time I want to spend being creative in the kitchen. In fact, my busiest days with Reiki clients usually end with me cooking up a storm after all is said and done.
It’s a pretty great arrangement.
I can’t help but wonder about the significance of cooking after Reiki. It’s almost as if *someone* is looking out for me, giving me the energy required to nourish myself so I may continue practicing Reiki at my fullest potential.
The more Reiki I put out there, the more Reiki I find in here.
So. That’s my story for these mini gluten-free donuts with chocolate sauce, dulce de leche, toasted coconut, and cinnamon sugar. The Reiki made me do it.
And I didn’t mind one bit.
